Chocolate Fresh Cherry Cake

Easy and so fluffy chocolate cherry cake. I used fresh cherries, you can also use frozen cherries or any other berries you want. I baked in two small pans, you can use 23 cm. (9 in.) spring form baking pan. Use eggs at room temperature. Sift dry ingredients before mix them to the cake batter. Preheat oven. Green Lentil Pasta Soup

A good protein source for vegetarians, delicious and healthy green lentil pasta soup.


I use pasta in this recipe, you can use rice, orzo pasta or any kind of pasta, it depends on your taste. To make this recipe vegan, you can use rice instead of pasta or use vegan pasta.


Resting lentils in the water shorten cooking.  If you have no time, you can skip this step. In this case cooking time takes a little bit longer.


 Preparation Time: 45 minutes.
 Serves: 8

Ingredients:
- 150 gr. (5.5 oz.) Green Lentil
- 1 qty. Tomato (Make puree in food processor or chop into small pieces)
- 1 qty. Tomato Paste Tablespoon
- 50 gr. (2 oz.) Pasta Dry
- 1 qty. Salt Teaspoon
- 0.5 qty. Black Pepper Teaspoon
- 2 qty. Dried Mint Teaspoon
- 3 qty. Olive Oil Tablespoon
- 800 ml. (26.5 fl. oz.) Water
- 1 qty. Cumin Powder Teaspoon

 Directions:
1. Put green lentils in a large bowl and cover it with water and wait about 20 minutes.
2. Take a large sauce pot, heat olive oil and add tomato puree and tomato paste, cook 1-2 minutes by stirring constantly.
3. Drain lentils and add to the pot, stir and cook for 2 minutes again. Add water and let it boil. Simmer about ten minutes and add pasta, salt and cumin.
4. Cook about 8-10 more minutes until pasta and lentils are cooked. Add dried mint, stir and take away from the heat. Serve warm.
