Chocolate Fresh Cherry Cake

Easy and so fluffy chocolate cherry cake. I used fresh cherries, you can also use frozen cherries or any other berries you want. I baked in two small pans, you can use 23 cm. (9 in.) spring form baking pan. Use eggs at room temperature. Sift dry ingredients before mix them to the cake batter. Preheat oven. Tomato Soup

Super delicious and easy tomato soup.

If you don't have fresh tomato you can use canned diced tomato like me. One can will be enough for the soup. If you are vegan, replace butter with coconut oil and instead of milk use almond milk or coconut milk. For decorating use just croutons and fresh mint.

Stir soup until it boils. If it is very thick up to you, you can add some more boiled water or milk.

 Preparation Time: 25 minutes.
 Serves: 6

- 1.5 qty. Butter Tablespoon
- 2 qty. Flour Tablespoon
- 5 qty. Tomato Peeled and Chopped
- 600 ml. (20 fl. oz.) Water
- 200 ml. (6.5 fl. oz.) Milk
- 1 qty. Himalayan Pink Salt Teaspoon

1. Take a medium pot and heat butter. Add flour and cook about 2 minutes by stirring constantly.
2. Add tomatoes and cook 2-3 minutes.
3. Add water and milk  and stir until simmer.
4. After it boils, add salt and cook 5 more minutes and with the help of hand blender puree soup.
5. Serve with crouton and grated cheddar.
