Ingredients:

- 200 gr.7 oz. Butter At Room Temperature
- 6 qty. Powdered Sugar Tablespoon
- 1 qty. Vanilla Extract Teaspoon
- 4 qty. Corn Starch Tablespoon
- 300 gr.10.5 oz. Flour
- 50 gr.2 oz. Olive Oil

For The Topping:
- 3 qty. Powdered Sugar Tablespoon


Directions:

1. Mix butter, oil, vanilla extract and powdered sugar until creamy with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
2. In another bowl, mix cornstarch, salt and flour.
3. Add flour mixture step by step and continue to mix with your hand or mixer.
4. Make sure you combine everything well.
5. Preheat oven to 165 C330 F and take a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6. Make small balls from the dough and place on the baking sheet.
7. Bake bout 12-15 minutes until you see the small crinkles on the cookies.
8. Remove from the oven and let them cool about 5-8 minutes.
9. Sift powdered sugar and serve.



Footnote: These cookies melt in your mouth and super easy to make. It includes just 6 ingredients and you can easily find them. You can add extra flavors to this cookie like cinnamon, cardamom, orange zest etc. You can prepare this recipe with gluten free flour also and if you use vegan butter, then you get vegan melting moment cookies. They are perfect holiday cookies and you can also give them to your loved ones as a homemade gift.
Tips: To make these cookies, just use butter at room temperature and be sure to mix everything well. Baking time is also important. Bake no longer than 15 minutes. Cookie batter should be soft and non sticky, if you need, you can add one or two tablespoons flour.
