- 2 qty. Burger Bun
- 4 qty. Basil Pesto Sauce Dessert Spoon
- 1 qty. Tomato Large Size, Sliced into Circles
- 120 gr.4.5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese 4 Slices


1. Preheat oven to 180 C355 F.
2. Take a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Divide burger buns into two and place on baking sheet. Share pesto sauce over the breads and spread them with a knife.
4. Place tomato slices over the pesto sauce and place cheese over the tomatoes. Add some salt to taste and bake about 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and breads become crispy.
5. Serve Warm.

Footnote: You can prepare this recipe with toast bread also. It will be your favorite party food. So easy and so delicious. I used fresh mozzarella cheese, you can replace it with grated cheddar.
Tips: Spread pesto sauce everywhere of the bread to taste flavors in every bite. Use thin slices tomatoes to get a more roasted taste and be generous in using cheese. If you want to prepare the pesto sauce at home, you can use my home made basil pesto recipe.
