- 400 gr.14.5 oz. Yogurt Plain Yogurt - 2 qty. Cucumber Grated (Finely Diced) - 1 qty. Garlic Clove Minced - 1 qty. Salt Teaspoon - 2 qty. Dried Mint Teaspoon - 1 qty. Olive Oil Tablespoon - 50 ml.1.5 fl. oz. Water Cold
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix yogurt, salt, minced garlic and cucumber. Stir until well combined. 2. Add water and stir. Share it into your serving bowls, sprinkle dried mint and if you want drizzle some olive oil. 3. Serve cold.
Footnote: If you like thicker cacik, don't add any water. Instead of dried mint you can also add fresh mint and fresh dill.
Tips: In general, I grate cucumber, you can finely dice. You can add some ice while serving.
