Persimmon, banana smoothie is a perfect sweet snack

Ingredients:

- 2 qty. Persimmon
- 1 qty. Banana
- 250 ml.8.5 fl. oz. Almond Milk Unsweetened


Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Add additional milk or water to thin the smoothie.
3. Serve cold or at room temperature, enjoy!



Footnote: Persimmon is an exotic sweet fruit that is rich in vitamin C. If you want to consume it as a breakfast, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of oat and some nuts to make it more nutritious. You can also add some spices like cinnamon (that balance the blood sugar) and ground clove.
Tips: Use ripe banana and persimmon to get sweet smoothie. If you don't like too sweet smoothies, you can add some lemon juice. If you are not vegan, you can replace almond milk with whole milk.
