Vegan No Bake Chocolate Bars

Vegan no bake chocolate bars are easy to make and healthy appetizers

- 100 gr.3.5 oz. Dark Chocolate (Vegan)
- 20 gr.0.5 oz. Sunflower Seeds About 2 Tablespoons
- 10 gr.0.5 oz. Buckwheat Pops About 2 Tablespoons
- 10 gr.0.5 oz. Brown Rice Pops About 2 Tablespoons


1. Melt chocolate in microwave oven and set aside.
2. Add, rice pops, buckwheat pops and sunflower seeds and mix until well combined.
3. Prepare a glass dish lined with parchment paper.
4. Place mixture onto the baking paper in small portions with a tablespoon and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Footnote: I used buckwheat and rice pops, you can add dried berries, raisin, nuts and any other seeds. If you are not vegan, you can use semi sweet chocolate also.
Tips: If you don't have a microwave oven, you can use a double boiler while melting chocolate.
