Healthy Brownie Energy Balls

Raw and vegan, healthy, brownie energy balls

- 10 qty. Date Pitted
- 20 gr.0.5 oz. Cocoa Powder 2 Tablespoons
- 3 qty. Oats Tablespoons
- 50 gr.2 oz. Roasted Hazelnut

For The Topping:
- 20 gr.0.5 oz. Shredded Coconut 2 Tablespoons
- 25 gr.1 oz. Roasted Hazelnut Chopped To Garnish


1. Place all ingredients except from shredded coconut and crunchy nuts. Pulse until smooth.
2. In this step if it needs add 1 tablespoon water and pulse again.
3. Give small ball shapes and roll in shredded coconut and crunchy nuts.
4. Let it chill at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!

Footnote: I add some roasted nuts, you can omit it or change with almond, walnuts or any other nuts. If the mixture is too sticky, you can add some more oats and pulse again. On the contrary, if the mixture is too thick, then you can add one tablespoon water.
Tips: If your dates are too dry, you can soak them in water about 5-7 minutes. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container to make them firm.
