Kale Chips

Cheesy, spicy, delicious vegan kale chips

Preparation Time: 15 minutes.

- 150 gr.5.5 oz. Kale
- 2 qty. Olive Oil Tablespoon
- 1 qty. Salt Teaspoon
- 2 qty. Nutritional Yeast Teaspoon
- 1 qty. Garlic Powder Teaspoon
- 0.5 qty. Chili Powder Teaspoon


1. Preheat oven to 170 C340 F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Place kale leaves onto the baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over them.
4. Mix salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast and ground red pepper.
5. Sprinkle spice mixture over the kale leaves. Stir with your hands.
6. Bake about 10 minutes. Serve lukewarm or cold. Enjoy!

Footnote: I use nutritional yeast to give more cheese flavor, if you are not vegan you can replace it with parmesan. Garlic powder, and ground red pepper are my choice, you can add cayenne, chili powder, etc.
Tips: Baking time is too important. Check time to time and stir after five minutes. Ten minutes will be okay, don't over bake, otherwise they burn quickly.
